EUR is issued by the European Central Bank. It tends to respond to European Central Bank policy, eurozone inflation and growth data, and the spread between German and US bond yields.

PLN is issued by the National Bank of Poland. It tends to respond to National Bank of Poland policy, eurozone growth and Central European risk sentiment.
