EUR/AUD shows how many Australian dollars (AUD) it takes to buy one euro (EUR). When the price rises, the euro is strengthening against the Australian dollar.

EUR is issued by the European Central Bank. It tends to respond to European Central Bank policy, eurozone inflation and growth data, and the spread between German and US bond yields.

AUD is issued by the Reserve Bank of Australia. It tends to respond to Reserve Bank of Australia policy, iron ore and commodity prices, and Chinese economic data.
