These terms apply to your use of forexsignals.io and the official ForexSignals.io Telegram channel (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. Information only

Everything on the Service, including signals, market data, calculators, guides and glossary entries, is general information and education. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Read our risk warning.

2. Your responsibility

You alone decide whether to place any trade and how large it should be. You are responsible for checking that trading is lawful where you live, for choosing a properly regulated broker, and for any losses you incur.

3. Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the Service accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that content, data or calculations are complete, current or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Market data may be delayed.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForexSignals.io is not liable for any loss or damage, including trading losses or loss of profit, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

5. Intellectual property

The ForexSignals.io name, logo, website design, text, data compilations and tools are owned by ForexSignals.io. You may share links and short quotations with attribution. You may not copy, republish or resell signals or content in bulk without permission. Brand assets for press use are available on our brand page.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that affects other users, or impersonate ForexSignals.io or its team.

7. Third-party services

The Service links to third-party platforms such as Telegram. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
