- Spot forex is buying and selling currency pairs directly, the way most forex traders and forex signals work.

- Currency futures are exchange-traded contracts (such as CME Euro FX) with fixed sizes and expiry dates. Prices follow the same pairs, but contract sizes and costs differ.
